Returns & Exchanges
At Tropical Glitz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible retail items.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box.
- 3.Ship It Back
Send your package using a trackable shipping service to the return address provided by our support team; please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
